Slow start and freeze

Hello all,

I am still having problems with start up and freezing and closing down of
system.

I have XP with firewall and Norton. I have checked for viruses and ad ware,
No virus found, just a few track ffiles found with adware (Now removed)

My start up file has the following.

ADOBE GAMMA LOADER
CTFMON (5 TIMES)
DSLAGENTEXE
GSICONEXE
MSMSGS
M'SOFT OFFICE
NBJ
NEW FILTER CHECK
TKBELLEXE
CCAPP
CCREGVFY
DESKTOP ( 4 TIMES)
