Slow sreen redraw

Snapper Five

When I scroll down in IE or Word, each line redraws very slowly, making it
very slow to scroll down through a document or page. I've tried installing
more memory, but this doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

card , all i done was unistalled the software then
reinstalled it , worked a treat then , hope that halps ya
