Slow Shutdown

Hello, I have tried everything I can think of to get XP
to shutdown faster. It is taking approx. 2 minutes to
close now. I am not sure what has caused it, it seemed
to have snuck up on me so I don't even know where to
look. My computer is used by four kids in the house so
it could be anything. Please help!

I just discovered my slow shutdown was related to a driver
update in Windows Update. Check to see if any new drivers
were installed. Also note in the device manager there is
a driver rollback feater in XP - makes life much easier!
