Slow Shutdown/Restart

When i shutdown or restart my computer it hangs for about
2 min. My computer is thinking at the time of
shutdown/restart. I do not have an Nvidia GPU. And it
just started happening after I got not only SP1a but also
every recommended DL in Windows Update. PLEASE HELP!
 
I'm having the same proplem. If you hear anything please
pass it along to me.

What is up with the Nvidia GPU?
