Slow shutdown after Win2K SP4 installed

After updating Windows 2000 to SP4 my computer is taking about ten
minutes to shut down. It's always been slow to shut down (a little
over a minute) but the lag time has increased significantly since
updating to SP4.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

set enabled and to say 5 ... default if not configured is 60!!
