Slow performance of Office 2003

We're running a SBS 2003 network with Xp workstations. The server and
workstations are all new so they "fast".

Printing in word or excel was quite fast for a period of time but now things
have slowed down. Print preview, print, envelope printing, page break view,
are all quite slow. Non microsoft programs have shown no degredation in
speed. We ran a virus scan, Spyware scan, defragment of hd, and removed
unnecessary programs from startup.

I might be crazy, but my memory tells me that this slow down started after
the first time I logged onto my office computer from home using remote
Desktop. Is this possible?

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your time and interest.

Thanks for your interest but it really doesn't apply to us. I'm increasing
my memory from 1GB to 2GB. We'll see if this helps.

Increase 1 GB of RAM can really boost your PC performance as well the Preview
and Printing. But I don't think that it will be the right decision.

One more thing you can try that is uninstalling and reinstalling your
Printer Drivers.

See if this one helps.
