Hello All!

What can cause two similar computers running windows xp
and ie 6 on the same network to have a difference in the
amount of time that pages load?

Both are newer computers 2.5 GHZ with 512 MB ram.

Any suggestions. I can check for spyware with spybot, but
does a host file from like the mvp crew has help?

thanks,

mattd

The updated Hosts file can cut down the unwanted ADs and you may see a slight improvement in page load times. You may also try scanning for spyware using Ad-Aware & SpyBot.
