Slow Open/Save dialog and expand folders

When I go to Open/Save dialog and select "Save-in" or combo-box I have to wait over a minute for it to appear

I can see in Event Viewer a lots of events 10010 related to A1F4E726-8CF1-11D1-BF92-0060081ED811 which corresponds to SVCHOST.exe

Right Click on 'My Computer' then select "Manage" Expand
the "System Tools" then "Event Viewer" select application
find your Error and select and select Properties of
error, there you should find some more info on what is
causing this problem you are having and help in resolving
same.
