Is it possible to either capture a clip from a camcorder that is played in slow motion or capture a clip from a camcorder at normal speed and change it to slow motion using movie maker 2 ?.
Just play it in slow motion and capture it,MM2 capture
what you play, if you play it B&W , it will save it B&W,
and it is the same with the speed
of course, I suppouse you have a Video capture, cause
that is the only way I can do it
