Slow motion and hang ups

Movie plays in slow motion and hangs up in some clips, with interference.
Just 16 minutes long, using Windows XP. If I add 200GB to my present 80GB
hard drive will it solve my problem. I have 512MB of Ram now. Thank You

No... you have enough. See the Problem Solving > Can't Save a Movie page of
my website if the problem is in the saved movie. If your computer doesn't
meet the minimum criteria for MM2 in terms of CPU speed, or your hard drive
is slow or needs a good tune-up, then try a defrag and turn off other apps
when playing the video.... or save to a lower quality movie.

Many thanks for your help !!! I'm using WMM 5.1 this occurs while eding the
movie, processor speed is 2.66GHz, 256KB L2 cache, 533MHz Front-Side bus. I
have defrag it and tried to check the Event Viewer Application, but when
opened message appeared saying list was corrupted and deleted all info??? I
am relative new to computers and am not sure about codecs or how to change
them. Does this computer meet criteria for good quality movies, if not
what does it need?
