Slow logon to network domain controller (local) 100 mps

(ALL) my workstations have a problem of very, very slow
logon. The screen hangs in "loading personal settings"
and then again in "applying personal settings." Could
someone help with this please? Thank you!

Verify DNS settings, also, check the eventlog for any GPO or userenv errors.

Are you using roaming profiles? Is so, check the size of the profiles. And
also, when you say that it's slow, how long does it take?
