Slow Internet Explorer under Non-guest acounts.

Here is the problem. Few days ago I installed a fresh copy of Windows XP Pro
with SP2. Now all the non-guest accounts have slow Internet Explorer. For
example if I go to A website (type the address in the address bar) it takes
10-15 seconds before the page starts loading. Once main page loads other
pages in the same website are pretty quick. I have tried many different pages
(amazon, ebay, managerzone.com, espn.com, cnn.com, etc.) and all of them are
the same. In the guest account there is no delay at all. Is there something
that I can do?

I also tried using Firefox and I get the same problem, except in the guest
account.

are not loading in the Guest account?
What kind of Internet connection?
