Slow Hard Drives

I am running XP Pro on a 1.3 Gig P4 with 784 Meg RAM,
I have two Hard Drives C and F

My F drive is running very slowly, (3 MB/S) I noticed that it is running in
PIO-4 transfer mode while my fast C drive is runing in
UDMA-5 transfer mode.

How do I set my F drive to run in UDMA mode?

work, run a drive diagnostic on the drive.

80 MB/S
