Hi Guys

My Microsoft outlook has really slowed up
It seems to take ages to open emails new and old and is very frustrating
Any ideas how I might be able to fix this ??
Many thanks

okays this seems to be an issue with the dat files
what we can try here is that
you can try start>run>outlook /safe
check what happens with this if it works then disable all the addins from
tools>options>other>advanced options>comm addins and addin manager

after this search for outcmd.dat,frmcache.dat,views.dat,extend.dat and
delete them and check whether it works or not

Also:
- Turn off "instant messaging" Q290025 (See quick instructions below)

- Uncheck all planner options per article Q324374

- Turn off SPEECH RECOGNITION

- Use the /CLEANPROFILE open Outlook command-line switch
