Slow down clock?

I want to slow the clock down on my Windows XP machine. I'm not trying
to sync it with the accurate time servers online or something like that
and my clock is running fine right now. I actually want my clock to
lose 30 minutes every hour or be configurable to run at a certain
percentage of actual speed.

I don't know if this can be achieved by slowing down the hardware clock
somehow, or if there is a trick to do it in windows. I have found some
"slow down" programs intended to load the CPU and slow the computer's
operation, but this doesn't slow the clock.

Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps if you told us what your end goal was we could give you some
suggestions. I don't think there is any way to achieve what you
describe above.

That depends. What is the name of the trial program you are trying to extend
past it's end date?

It may well be worth recalling that said:

You won't live longer that way.

It's not a trial program.

I am trying to run a flash application inside a browser (such as
firefox or IE) at a reduced speed (details as I mentioned above).

And please don't tell me flash settings to do it, I want it to be
external to the browser so the browser doesn't even sense it.
