Hi Ashish,

Question-1
===========
its booting time is up to 15 minute after
login screen it takes 20 minute to the Desktop.

Solution for Q1
=============
This article describes how to configure Windows so that you receive verbose
startup, shutdown, logon, and logoff status messages. In scenarios where
you are troubleshooting slow startup, shutdown, logon, or logoff behavior,
you may find it helpful to enable verbose logging.

To enable verbose logging, use one of the methods that is described in this
section.
=======================================================================

back to the top
Use Group Policy
You can use Group Policy to switch between normal and verbose status
messages. If you are in a domain environment and you want to enable verbose
logging on a group of computers, follow these steps:
Start the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in.
Right-click the container for the domain or the organizational unit to
which you want to apply the policy settings, and then click Properties.
Click the Group Policy tab.
Click New, and then type a descriptive name for the new Group Policy object
(GPO) that is created.
Click the new GPO and click Edit.
Browse to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System.
If you are using a standalone computer or if you want to enable verbose
logging on only one computer, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type gpedit.msc, and then click OK.
Browse to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System.

Use Registry Editor
WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious
problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft
cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using
Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

You can use Registry Editor to switch between normal and verbose status
messages. To use Registry Editor to enable verbose logging, follow these
steps:
Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
Locate and click the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
Double-click the new key that is created, type verbosestatus in the Value
Name box, and then type 1 in the Data value box.
NOTE: If the following key is present, and if the value is set to 1, status
messages are not displayed:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
\DisableStatusMessages

Question -2
==========
event id
1008 is there in application log. the netlogon service is
configured for automatic but i have to start manuly
nevery time

Solution for Q2
=============
This issue can occur if either of the following conditions exist:
The dependent services of the Netlogon service have been changed from the
default values and are not properly configured. You may be unable to access
some network resources on the computer because the Netlogon service is not
started.
You removed Client for Microsoft Networks, and then reinstalled it. The
dependencies are not reset correctly if the Client for Microsoft Networks
component is removed and then reinstalled.

SYMPTOMS
==============
When you start your Windows 2000-based computer, the Netlogon service does
not start, even though the "Startup type" is set to "automatic". Event
Viewer logs the following errors:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: NETLOGON
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2114
Description: The Server service is not started.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7024
Description: The Netlogon service terminated with service-specific error
2114.

After the computer starts, you can manually start the Netlogon service.

RESOLUTION
==============
WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious
problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft
cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using
Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
To resolve this issue:
Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
Locate the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Netlogon/

In the right pane, double-click the DependOnService value .
In the Multi-String Editor dialog box, type the following strings on
separate lines, and then click OK:
LanmanServer
LanmanWorkstation

Quit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.
The Netlogon service starts as expected.
