My computer has slowed down. In Outlook, if I hit reply to an e-mail, it
take 4 to6 second to do. Sometimes when I type, the letters are slow in their
appearance. It is not just in Outlook. It seems to be every where.

I have increased my free space to 38% of my 144gig hd (Windows XP Home, AMD
3200+, 1 gig RAM) with no effect. I have not change what I run, but I do run
ZA security suite(anti-virus and anti-spam) plus I run avg anti-spyware. I
have cleaned my hard drive. Nothings seems to work

Any suggestions
