Slipstream XP SP2 into a SP1 CD. Problems when using it for re-ins

I always get "please insert the disk labeled windows xp professional cd-rom"
when trying to do an install or repair using a slipstream created CD. I used
Roxio Easy CD creator 5. It boots fine and has all the win51*.* files in the
root of the CD. I find lots of people with this problem but I can't find a
solution anywhere on the Internet.

You may be prompted to insert a Windows XP Professional CD
when you run the System File Checker tool in Windows XP Home Edition

I think I have it now. My original CD is a Volume License version with a
volume label of X1APVOL_EN. This label does not work for slipstreaming for
some reason. I used WXPVOL_EN and it is working.
