Is there a program available that will give you a real time list of online
activity similar to:
Sending to xxx.com
rec fm yyy.gov
sending to google.com
etc
etc
Perhaps in a small window off to the side?

TIA

Believe you misunderstood my question as a proxy server is no relation to
what I am looking for. This confirmed by suggested search results.
I am trying to monitor MY systems online activity.
