Slightly OT: Shared Mail

Hello Folks,

Sorry for the slightly off topic question.

I have a few user who currently use Outlook and Outlook Express. Mail is
handled by our ISP pop server for incoming and outgoing. Our ISP has a
limited webmail function.

What I am looking for is a collaborative "common" mail box for multiple
users. Functionally, it should allow for multiple users to login, and see
what mail another user has read and responded to. Are there any packages or
services out there that would allow for this?
