First, I have read the posts and the link to
www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00047.htm and have tried everything recommended
on that page and it was not helpful in resolving my issue.
I have PowerPoint 2003. I have inserted, in the first slide, a WAV file.
The WAV file is 45 seconds. In the Custom Animation, I have tried all three
alternatives for when to "start" the music, "On click," or "With Previous" or
"After Previous." This makes no difference. In "Slide Transition" I have
indicated the slide transition should be 4 seconds. If I remove the WAV
file, the slide changes every 4 seconds. If I leave in the WAV file, the
first slide does not change. If, under "Modify transition," under the "Slide
Transition" menu, I put the WAV file in the sound window and click "Loop
until next sound," the slides change, but the WAV file starts over each time
instead of continuing to play.
My goal: To play ONE song over as many slides as possible and then, when
the song ends, to have it start again. Is that possible? Thanks so MUCH for
any help.
