Slide Transition - Fade to Black

I want the last slide in my presentation to fade to black but I can't seem to find it in the selection choices. It is probably a simple answer but if anyone can help I will appreciate

A slide transition is set for the slide you are going to. If you want your
last slide to fade to black (ie. after the presentation is finished) you
will need to add a black slide at the end of the presentation and set its
transition to fade (if using PPT 2002/2003).
