Slide text over playing video

Is there ANY way I can keep my slide's text ON TOP of an attatched video
WHILE it is playing? Even when I order the words on top of the video, once I
push PLAY the video then plays on top of my text..... PLEASE ADVISE!! thanks

No way around this. Video always plays on top.
