Slide Show Transition Settings

I'm using the slide show screen saver in windows xp to
show product shots in our showroom. I want to change the
transition settings so the transition between pictures is
only fade. I want to eliminate all the other transitions.
The only setting in the screen saver properties is "use
transition effects between pictures" which basically turns
the transition effects on or off. I DO want transition
effects but only fade.

I'm sure someone knows of a registry setting that I can
change to make that happen but I haven't been able to find
it. Can someone help me with this?

I cannot help you with your fade request but maybe you can help me
I cannot get the film strip option to work with all of my photo files
Why does it give the film strip option with some files and not with others?

Please help if you can
