Photostorey 3

Hi John
I have just completed my first series of holiday photos in Photo storey 3
and even my friends are impressed. There are two software modifications I
would really like to see included in the customised motion section:
1. In transition options I would like to have the option to simply cut from
one picture to another. I am quite happy with the 'fade in fade out' default
transition however often a cut or switch is more effective when displaying
fast action shots.
2. When setting up either a zoom or a pan effect I would like the option of
introducing a stationary period either at the beginning or the end of the
motion. This interval needs only to be 2-3 seconds (selectable 0-5) to allow
the viewer to orient into the scene either before or after the motion. At
present I can fake this effect by importing the same shot either two or
three times and adding these into the sequence however in the transition
there is a slight movement which spoils the effect.
Are these modifications likely to be included in an update?

Try the following...

Customize Motion / Motion tab...
Specify start position / Set end position to be the same...

Transition tab...
Number of seconds / 0.1

Using the steps I just offered in conjunction
with the work around you discovered (add
more copies of the same picture)...you should
be able to accomplish your goal.

Sorry, I have no idea.
