slide between sheets

can someone help me and tell me how to slide between different sheets in one
workbook (sth smilar to using "alt+shift")

Hi,

I'm not familiar with that expression in relation to Excel!! but you may be
referring to

Ctrl+Page up
Ctrl+Page down

sorry i meant "alt+tab" to slide between pages opened in your task bar

i want to slide between sheets in the same workbook instead of using the mouse

thnx alot
