Sleep button option hide in power option properties

In my laptop, When i open the properties of Power Options. To the option advanced in power options. The selection for use "When I press the sleep button on my computer" is hide. What option use for screen this option. The problem is i have not use the option suspend for my laptop.

But i have a Dell D800 and i have not option for change this option
in the bios.

Am I understanding you correctly. The Option you are asking about is
not listed when you go to Control Panel\Power Options\Advanced?

If so have you ever tried pressing the sleep button on your laptop? I
have a desktop system that did not show this option either until I
actually tried to use the sleep button at least once. The option then
appeared with the various drop down list settings.
