skype uninstall

I need to uninstall skype. I go to control panel>add/remove
programs>gdskype>uninstall. It starts to uninstall then stops and gives an
2753 error.

Registry fix does not solve the problem.

Any suggestions?

Try reinstalling it (newest version), then uninstall again.
