Can anyone help? I've tried accessing Sky Anytime on my PC which is supposed
to be easy but when I start it up I get a message saying I need to update my
DRM and gives the following link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=11642
which I go to and the update key is greyed out, can't access it so no access
to Sky Anytime. I've e-mailed Sky their suggestions didn't work they tell me
its a Microsoft problem. I'm operating Windows XP Media Centre Edition

Hi:

If you go to this web page, you will see taht you have to download an active
x add-on. If you do not see it, go to your IE, menu Tools, Internet options,
security, select internet and select Default Level, OK. Reload the URL, and
you see in the top a remark about that this website, wants to run a add-on.
Go to your mouse there, press right buttom and select Run Active x control.

Thta should download the DRM update.
