skips Welcome Page

Although I have the Welcome Screen "enabled" on the User Accounts page, my
system skips the Welcome Screen at start up and goes directly to Windows. How
do I reenable this screen so that may passwords can be used?

Did you also check user must enter password??

That option does not appear at the "Log on and log off options" screen
(control panel - user accounts - change the way users log on or off). Does it
appear somewhere else?
