Size of user profile

Hi guys,

Is there any way to decrease the size of my iser profile?
Currently its at 461MB and the larger it gets, the slower
i log on. If I create a new one, the size is about a
couple of MBs and I get a much faster bootup. I tried
deleting all temp files and cookies, by the time I was
done doing that my profile size had increased by another
5MB!!

Any one know how to decrease the size?
