size of screens

This problem just started. When I open a web page, it opens only about half screen size. I have to maximize screen to get it to open all the way. Before that the page would open and fill the whole monitor.What did I mess up??? Thank you for your help...

First, *close all other windows*. Now, grab the corners of the window
and drag it to full screen size. Close the window using File>Close,
or File>Exit depending what program you're in. Windows will remember
the last screen size used the next time you open the program.
