resizing windows

when opening internet explorer or any other screen
the page is half size. maximizing will enlarge picture
but if you open the same page again later or any other
page it also is half size. How do i correct this?

Hi Richard,

This is a common workaround - note that IE usually opens at the same size
that the last window was closed at.

Open just one IE window to the small size. Grab the corners and stretch it
to the maximum size. Do NOT use the maximize button. Then depress and hold
the <ctrl> key and close the window by using file/exit, not the "x" in the
corner.

IE should now open in the full window. If not, try again, this time using
the <shift> key.

Good one Nutcase! I too was having this problem and used your suggestion by
holding down the ctrl key while exiting the window. Thanks!!
