IE6--Window Size

When I open a web site using the "Open as a New Page" feature, the
pages always open as about a 1/4 size of the screen. This makes me
have to maximize the pages once they open. Is there a way to get the
pages to open full size when I use this feature? Or is this just a
Microsoft quirk? Thanks in advance!

Open *one* instance of IE | Use the cursor (not the
maximize button) to drag the window to the desired
size | Click the Close [X] while holding down the
Ctrl key.
