site to upload files for free?

Someone had posted a link to a public website where you could upload
files and send the link to someone else for downloading. I think the
files got removed after a certain time also. What was that site please?

Tramp, do you mean that the person doing the downloading must get and
install a special download manager which is provided by YouSendIt?

No special download manager needed. You can get the download manager if

I've used Rapidshare, Yousendit and mytempdir with no real problems.
Rapidshare is pretty cool since they started their "Happy Hours"

would have been pointless IMHO. BTW What connection does your post have to
