I want a site meter - not just the FP hit counter, so I
know how many hits I have had each day and from where
(search engines etc...) the hits came from.

Thanks,

skc

Check out WebTrends.

you may want to check with your host to see what they provide.

my host provides a very good one from:
http://www.deepmetrix.com/
for $1 per month/ domain. it's a lot more info than i need but very cool.

If your site has the FP2002 server extensions, FrontPage
can gather some statistics for you. What you get isn't as
fancy as WebTrends or some or the other packages, but its
usable.

To display this information,
1. Open your live Web site in FrontPage.
2. Choose Reports from the View menu, then Usage, then
any of the available choices.

If the numbers are all zero, follow the procedure at:

Usage Reports Are Empty
