Single IE Window allowed

Just yesterday my IE started to act odd. I can only
have one IE window open at a time. Everytime I open a
new IE window, the original one would close. End result
only one IE window at a time. This is very frustrating.
Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening or how
to fix it?

Ok i have the same problem, I tried doing "Open IE and go to TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS/ and hit the
advanced tab and scroll down to "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts"
and UNCHECK it and it APPLY and OK" and still the same thing is happening... any other idea's ?
