Single data point in line chart

I have 4 years of production data in my pivot chart. Each year has a
different rate which I showed as a black line in a line chart. This sits on
top of my bar chart which has actuals, to compare the actuals to the rate.
However, if I try to add a data label to see what the rate was for that year,
it adds a data label to each point, making it like a billion of the same
number over and over again for each year. I can't add a trendline because its
the same chart, not 4 seperate charts for each year. Is there a way to say
something like: if you see a new data point, add a data label. Otherwise
don't include a label?

Confusing, sorry.
