Since installing IE7 Outlook 2003 won't minimise to taskbar

Since installing IE7 Outlook 2003 won't minimise to the taskbar or minimise
at all. When minimising it closes the program. Is this due to IE7
installation or another quirk?

Is Hide When Minimized selected? Right click the Outlook icon in the
Notification Area to toggle this on or off.

Hide when minimized is on, but Outlook does not show up in there at all to
customise it!

Outlook is a permanent icon in the Notification Area when you have Outlook
running. You may need to expand your Notification Area for it to show.

That's the problem - there is no Outlook icon in the notifications area at
all when Outlook is running. (Other icons are there!)
