how do I minimise outlook (2002) so that it is an Icon in taskbar

Subject title: I would like to get outlook as an icon in the taskbar (low
right) when I minimise it... right now it goes as an application
minimised... the help says to select view tab in the Menu "Tools" "Option"
then View tab... but I don't see the "View" Tab... anyideas?
