Simulate systeme failure(Services crash)

I'd like to know if microsoft got a tool to simulate
services crash(like spooler crash). It would be great for
performance test and stability managing.

Sorry if my english is bad...I'm from Quebec.
 
Will 'kill' suffice for your testing? You could 'kill' the PID.

I was thinking of something less drastic...but I'll try
with kill!

I just tried(try + ed ) to kill the spooler, but with
kill....its not a failure so i cannot use the recovery
function...this is why I'd like to have a tool to simulate
failures
