sims games not play

hi, my name is timothy, i have a problem playing SIMS
game, i'm using windown xp, directx 9, but i can't play
the SIMS, the Unleash.
Can anyone help me, please.
 
I can try to help, but I'll need more information. What is your system
specs? What happens when you try and launch the game? any errors, etc...
