Simple, true message board for FP 2002

I want to add a simple "message" board to an FP 2002 web site I'm
creating. I do not want an interactive, forum discussion board. I'm
looking for something like a cork board, where a visitor can post a
message.
This is for a neighborhood community for posting events like yard
sales, meetings, activities, etc.
If you have any suggestions or ideas, please let me know.
Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Have you considered the Discussion Web feature that comes
with FrontPage?

This is one of the templates that appears when you create
a new Web site. However, if you wish, you can click Add
To Current Web and add the discussion pages to an
existing Web site.
