Remove Discussion Web; Find actual message board?

Can someone advise the proper way to remove a discussion web from a
not-yet published FP 2002 web site? I installed it and now want to
remove it from the web.
Also, does anyone know of a simple message board--not an interactive
discussion forum--that can be used in FP 2002? I would like a feature
that would allow visitors to post announcements, such as yard sales,
school events, etc. I do not especially want a 2-way forum, just a
simple "bulletin board."
Any input will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Just delete all the pages.

How would this differ from a FrontPge Discussion Web with
threading turned off?
