Simple Tasks

Hi I am new to frontpage and need help to on some simple tasks. I am
trying to add some dynamic html effects but when do I click on the html
effects are all unhighlighted. This happens when I add a hyperlink, when
there is hyperlink I can add effects, how can I add the effects to
hyperlinks.

Also I am adding hyperlinks to my page, but would rather type in an alias
and then somewhere map the alias to the URL. Where in front page can I map
this alias.

Tools | Page Options | Authoring (FP3) | set all to custom and check all

I cannot see authoring under page options under Tools. I am using frontpage
2000.

Also I have found out that if you use bullets and numbering you cannot use
dynamic html effects.

You can always do it the hard way. Find a site that does
what you want and steal the HTML and Javascript.

View>Source, save to file and adapt it to your site. I
started with FP DHTML and ended up just using free
Javascripts.

i am so poor at computering that i am unable to answer your question, but my problem is firstly i am unable to start a thread on this website, and secondly, i am having problems opening up some web pages that i have already created. Any help here, Anyone?
