G Gord Dibben Jan 10, 2004 #3 Pat I assume you are speaking of an Excel XP file(*.xls) Just save it as an Excel workbook file. Versions back to Excel 97 should have no problems with it. Note: you could save it as a combinination of newer and later versions but this increases the size quite a bit and makes loading slower. See File>Save As>File Types for combo saves.
