Go to the Queries tab and select New. You'll be given a choice of wizards
that you can invoke (as well as simply entering Design mode, which bypasses
the wizards).
Follow the instructions: they're pretty good.
BTW, please use your shift key correctly. Typing in all upper case is the
visual equivalent of shouting, and is considered to be rude.
