Make Table query

Last month I created a table using the Make-Table wizard from an existing
query and called it Cumulative. This month I created an unmatched query to
find new records that did not exist last month. I want to append these
records to the Cumulative table but the table does not appear in the list of
tables in the Append query wizard. Please help. I need to keep a running
table so that I can do the comparison next month to find the new records in
the current month.

You just might have run into a strange bug. Does the Cumulative table show up
in the Database Window / Navigation Pane (in 2007)? And is it the first table
alphabetically?

If so create a new table named something like A. There's a bug where
sometimes the first table can't be seen in certain dropdowns. Naming a table
something like A bumps up Cumulative where it can be seen.

I think that this was fixed by a recent service pack. You may want to patch
your computer.
