simple ftp server?

Could someone suggest a simple ftp server that I can use to transfer files
between two PCs?

I prefer an "app", not a service because I'm just going to run it, transfer
some files, then exit. No security, bandwidth limit, multi-thread, or other
fancy features are needed.

Server and client Free, simple (and has advanced features too), works well,
http://filezilla.sourceforge.net

However Windows File sharing works well and a LAN it is much more flexible
than ftp server arrangement.
