Simple File Sharing

Hi,

I posted earlier, but no one replied, might have been my subject title. So
anyway, gonna try again. On the computers I manage, I have Simple File
Sharing disabled, I need to have it disable all the time. The problem is,
the users who`s account level is set to User, can not make shared folders.
Users who`s account level is set to Administrator or Power User can make
shared folders. I need to enable the accounts set to User status be able to
create shared folders without giving them Power User status and without
having Simple File Sharing enabled as well. All computers are XP Pro SP2.
Any suggestions? So that my other post wasn`t worded better, didn`t hit me
till after I posted that it was Simple File Sharing disabled causing the
problem.
